MAIN EVENT 2022 IS SOLD OUT!
Main Event is Palos Verdes Peninsula’s biggest fundraiser of the year, which will be held at Southern California’s premier luxury destination Terranea Resort on Friday, April 22. The amazing night will feature entertainment by the ever popular Neil Diamond tribute band, Super Diamond! Enjoy an incredible evening of cocktails, dinner, dancing and the much-anticipated silent and live auctions.
Feeling lucky? Purchase a raffle ticket for two amazing raffles: win a 2022 Lexus RX 350 and 1-year of dining at Terranea Resort! Jersey Mike’s culture of giving is as much as part of their heritage as oil and vinegar. And not only do they make a good sub, but they also make a difference by giving back to the community. Jersey Mike’s has opened their first Palos Verdes location at the Peninsula Center. In appreciation of our donors who have given $2,500 or more this school year, PEF will be hosting a special reception on November 18 at the newly renovated La Venta Inn.
As is tradition each year, we will honor the Chuck Miller Teacher Grant recipients at this reception. Thank you to Chuck Miller for his generous support of this important teacher grant program, which allows for greater innovation in the classroom. This year, 34 grants have been awarded to teachers in the Palos Verdes Peninsula School District. Click HERE to see the list of this year’s recipients.

Congratulations to our 2021 PEF Senior Scholarship recipients! Emma Saul (PV High School) and Kosei Chetanna (Peninsula High) were each awarded $1,500 to use for their post-secondary level education. These outstanding students were selected from a field of impressive applicants. Emma will be attending John Cabot University in Rome, Italy in the fall to pursue studies in international relations and communications. Kosei will be pursuing a mechanical engineering degree at Cal State Long Beach.
